FREE I like it a lot. I prefer this bittorrent client over all the others although some others have some very nice features. There are some difficulties with use because it is so complex. Generally speaking, taking all/most defaults works great. I especially like all the geniuses out there that write plugins for this.
So far I'm satisfied with it but I'm quite unwxperienced with downloading software (I've had an adsl connection for just a month). For this reason I don't think my comment is important. I may be able to say something more when I learn more about such software. Thanks for asking my opinion, anyway
